Crew On Court.

Program description

Crew On Court is a private, invite-only padel, tennis, or pickleball doubles match coordination service. Members receive transactional SMS messages related to crew activity they explicitly joined:

• A one-time verification code when signing in.
• An invitation to a crew when an existing member adds you by phone number.
• An invitation to play in a specific match when an organizer proposes one.
• A confirmation when the match fills.
• A notification if the match is cancelled.

All messages are 1:1 and triggered by an in-app action. No marketing or promotional content is ever sent.

How you opt in

SMS consent is a separate, optional step — never bundled with sign-up or with joining a crew. You can use the web app without it. You opt in to receive recurring SMS by checking the “Text me about matches” box on the public sign-in page (crewoncourt.com/login), on the private invite link an existing member sends you, or on the public join link a crew owner shares. You can also turn SMS notifications on or off at any time from the “Me” tab of your dashboard, or by replying STOP or START to any message you receive.

You may sign up, join crews, and view your matches on the web without ever opting in to SMS. If you don't opt in, no SMS messages will be sent to your phone; you simply won't receive automated match invitations or confirmations until you do.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with how often your crew plays. A typical member receives between 0 and 10 messages per week. There is no scheduled or marketing cadence — messages are only sent when there is real activity in a crew you joined.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Crew On Court does not charge you for messages, but your carrier may.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message you receive from Crew On Court at any time to opt out. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further messages from this service. To opt back in, reply START, or ask a crew member to re-invite you.

Supported carriers

Crew On Court supports SMS through major US carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and most MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
